May has been an extremely busy month of filming. We toured all the restoration projects on Hangman Creek starting with the headwaters on the Coeur d’Alene reservation and working our way back to Spokane. I also had the privilege of attending the Schitsu’umsh Salmon release at the headwaters and the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Salish School of Spokane site on the Spokane River. I have come to believe that Salish and Salmon are connected and will return to our regions landscape.
